Hollywood stars GEORGE CLOONEY and BRAD PITT have launched a major advertising campaign in a bid to help victims of Tropical Cyclone Nargis in Southeast Asia.
The pair has already donated $500,000 (GBP250,000) to U.S. pressure group Not On Our Watch to fund the ongoing aid efforts in Myanmar, Burma after last month's (May08) disaster, which left thousands dead and more than a million homeless.
And now Clooney and Pitt have joined forces with leading Asian political figures to run a massive advertising campaign in an Indonesian newspaper - urging neighbouring countries to allow foreign aid workers into the region.
