Hudson cast in Secret Life of Bees
Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, Queen Latifah and Sophie Okonedo ar to star in the big silver screen version of the Sue Monastic Kidd novel 'The Arcanum Life of Bees'.
Variety reports that Dakota Fanning and Alicia Keys ar as well in negotiations to bring together the film, which tells the tarradiddle of a 14-year-old wHO runs away from habitation and is taken care of by three oddball apiculture sisters.
Shooting on the celluloid is due to start on 9 January in North Carolina.
'The Secret Life story of Bees' is due out later this year.
